This Learning Community contains projects with which a client wants to optimize or create (multiple) value for a specific target group.

In this context, you will work on (re)considering the value proposition as well as (re)considering the target group. In this context, you will examine to what extent the products/services covered by the assignment meet the wishes and needs of the target group and you will provide advice on how to optimize this.

You will also study whether the way in which the value proposition is produced/executed is the best way or whether there may be better options. You may come to the conclusion that it is better to outsource certain activities to third parties or vice versa.

You will also naturally map out the cost structures and study whether it is possible to work more efficiently. You will also examine the revenue model and provide advice on how things can be improved.

Finally, you will start marketing the relevant products/services. How are you going to create awareness among the target group(s) and how do you ensure that people are subsequently triggered to take action?
