As the name suggests, this Learning community focuses on research and innovation within the forensic field. Think of fighting crime or improving the safety of our environment and animal welfare. The issues are very diverse but often focus on detecting traces (explosives and fingerprints), developing new work protocols and techniques (non-verbal interview techniques), making existing techniques more sustainable or conducting semi-fundamental research (secondary effects of fire) in the forensic world.
