Creating a new business model for ‘industrial sustainable energy concepts’
Bison code: L.28179
TND, founded in 2012, has grown up over the years as a technical assembler in the field of sustainable lighting concepts and solar panels. They now work with 8 fte to develop customized concepts for the installing branch, project developers and various technical customers. Their mission is to make a substantial contribution to the energy transition for these branches in a wide sense.
The company is currently facing a strategic reorientation, they are discussing now how to adapt their products and services making the business model of the company future proof. In a rough line the company wants to design, advice and supply sustainable energy concepts regarding the electrification of the above mentioned branches. These concepts should meet all the customer needs, with the latest technologies and the sustainability/circularity requirements. The current light concepts they supply have to be optimized and expanded as a complete ‘sustainable energy concept’. For this concept a new business model has to be created.
