Making big data from ‘the Fanscan’ usable so that organisations become better employers and employees become fans!

How can large amounts of data from fan factory’s Fan Scan be translated into (theoretically substantiated!) tips & advice for employees, managers and organisations, so that organisations become better employers and employees become more fans of work and brand. There is a lot of information available from the employee surveys (Fan Scan), but this must be given meaning so that affiliated organisations can actively improve their HRM policy and so that employees can actively improve their satisfaction within the organisation. In addition, we are asked to make a start with predictive data (o.b.v. the historical data gained), so that Fan Factory is able to convert data into predictions and advice.

Help Fan Factory to retrieve the data gained from the Fan Scan (our employee survey):

1. Can be translated into theoretically substantiated tips & advice for employees, managers and organisations, so that organisations become better employers and employees become more fans of work and brand.
2. Make a start with predictive data (o.b.v. the historical data gained), so that Fan Factory is able to convert data into predictions.
3. De linking data to other data sources such as our employee app (Fan App) and our onboarding programs, to better interpret improvements (through the Fan App / onboarding), to be able to base a self-learning (AI) system and with which clients have a real-time dashboard to be able to see the degree of ‘Good employership’.
